Our senior staff has been involved in the planning,construction and pre-leasing of over 1,200 substantial rehabilitated units. Several of these rehabilitated projects included the redesign or units as well as Common areas. We are particularly experienced in applying many of the Federal and State programs for financing of these rehabilitated units. This familiarization with rehabilitation methodology and the requirements of both Federal and State funding programs equates to significant savings for our clients.
