Our senior staff has been involved in the advanced planning and development of 28 projects containing over 3,000 rental units. This involvement has included the selection of unit types and sizes, unit mixes, commond area ammenities and architectualcommentary to assure operating successes reflect market demographics.
In addition, we have worked closely with local governmental planning and building departments, made presentations at public meetings and have worked to secure both neighborhood and council-member support for each proposed development.
Our efforts continue after securing entitlements with a plan that assures compliance under many federal, state and local housing laws. We have been particularly successful in obtaining timely rent-ups which lowers the operating deficits and makes projects profitable sooner.
